The leadoff hitter for McDaniel walked to begin the bottom of the sixth. The next batter, Chris Zimmerman popped up a bunt that was caught by Coveney who fired to Kaplan covering first for the double play. Coveney struck out Zach Croft to end the frame with DeBartolome throwing to Corbutt to complete the play.
