8-2 Navy, 15:17 1st
We are at the first media timeout with the Midshipmen leading the Shoremen, 8-2. The first promotion tonight was Galway Bay Lucky Roster Card.
Media timeouts are a very common occurance at the Division I level with very few exceptions when no media is present. They happen after the first deadball after the 16, 12, 8 and 4-minute marks in each half.
Where as in a non-media timeout game you get four fulls and two thirty second timeouts, in a media timeout game you get one full and four thirties. And you lose a thirty if you do not use one in the first half.
Just some of the differences between Div. III and Div. I games.
