WC got on the board in the bottom of the third when Wes Anderson plated Kirk Hines on a sacrifice fly to right field that did not miss being a home run by that much. Hines got on board with a triple to the gap in right-center.

Six members of the softball team are supporting the baseball team on their off day. Amanda Campbell, Megan Russell, Meg Travers, Jasmine Queen, Tricia Carroll and Emily Adams are supporting the Shoremen nine along with coach Louie Richardson.
