Washington/Salisbury Field Hockey
I'm heading down to Salisbury today for the field hockey team's game against Eastern Shore rival Salisbury University. Today marks the 16th meeting in the all-time series.
Washington's only win thus far in the series came in 1998, when the Shorewomen beat the Sea Gulls, 1-0, in double overtime.
Salisbury is currently ranked fifth in Division III and has won the last three NCAA Division III National Championships.
