Catholic 3, WC 0 and Moravian 3, WC 0

The Shorewomen dropped two matches this evening to Catholic and Moravian. Against Catholic, WC jumped out to an 8-0 lead in game two, but could not hold on. In the Moravian match in game two, Washington College needed just two more points for victory in the game, but Moravian scored the last four points to thwart the Shorewomen's hopes. Katherine O'Brien had 26 kills and 25 digs in the two matches, while Caitlin Ward totaled 56 assists and 18 digs.

Following the match, I went to Eric's office and said goodbye to him for the evening.

After we left the campus, we went to Subway, but it closes at 9 and we arrived around 9:15. A restaurant closing at 9 in a college town? Unusual if you ask me. So we ordered Domino's on the way to the hotel and there will be little if any leftovers from that!

Well, that is all for this Friday evening. I will be back tomorrow for some more blogging from the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
